Make sure you fully understand how you are being represented by both parties and what duties the agents/broker owes you in the transaction....are they providing you Specific Assistance...full representation. Have you received a written consumer pamphlet explaining what duties are owed to you and what duties are not. Bottom line: You need to get the best deal possible AND the house you want.
